Fashion first
Debbi lived in New York and worked for fashion labels sold in specialty and department stores, traveling across Europe, Asia and North America for the work. She designed men's, women's and children's apparel, often designed the fabric before the garment, and designed logos, too.
Fashion taught her how a person wants to feel in what they wear, and how much that depends on fit, texture and color. A wardrobe that fits you changes how you walk into a room. A house works the same way.
Then interiors
She went back to school and earned a degree in Interior Architecture from the New York School of Interior Design. Since 2010 the studio has designed homes across the U.S., received awards and showhouse features and worked on model homes. One client's condo in Millsboro, Delaware was selected for a Parade of Homes event, and the builder now uses the house to show buyers what their homes can be.

How we design
We treat a room as a composition. The big pieces are the foundation, and the art, lamps, pillows and objects are the jewelry. We get to know you first: the colors you reach for, what you collect, the things you inherited and the things you can't stand. Then we build the room around you.
Your vision leads. Our job is to take it further than you would on your own, with a few ideas you didn't expect, and then handle every detail so the finished room looks the way it did on the board.
Outside the studio
You will find Debbi on the beach, in small boutiques or traveling for fashion and design ideas. She loves dogs and sports, and her first alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, still has a place in her heart.
